2. Data we process
We process the data you provide through the subscription form (name and email address), as well as technical data derived from navigation (IP address, device identifier, pages visited) when legitimised by your consent.
3. Purposes
Your data is processed to send you information about real estate projects published on the platform, manage your subscription as an informative user, attend to requests and comply with applicable legal obligations in Spain and the European Union.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis of the processing is your express consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), the legitimate interest of Halvingyj S.L. to disseminate platform information (art. 6.1.f GDPR) and compliance with legal obligations (art. 6.1.c GDPR).
5. Retention
We keep your data while your subscription remains active. If you unsubscribe, your data will be blocked for the applicable legal periods (up to 6 years under the Spanish Commercial Code) and subsequently deleted.
6. Recipients
We do not transfer your data to third parties, except for legal obligation. For the provision of the service we rely on data processors (email provider, hosting and analytics), all of them located in the European Union or with adequate safeguards.
7. Rights
You may at any time exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, as well as withdraw your consent, by writing to privacy@halvingyj.com. You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, in accordance with the GDPR and LOPDGDD.
